Shipping
We ship anywhere in the Continental United States or Canada and charge one flat S&H fee per GoDogGo ordered. Our rates are as follows:
48 States: $21.95 per GoDogGo, via DHL Ground
Canada: $47.50 per GoDogGo, via UPS Canada Ground
Most US orders ship out within 1 business day. Canadian orders take an extra day or so for customs declarations.

You can use the order status page. Follow the instructions to enter in your order number and you will receive up to date status and tracking information directly from the warehouse.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase from BuyGoDogGo.com, simply
return it within 30 days of purchase for a prompt
and friendly refund or exchange. If your GoDogGo
is defective, it may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. See our warranty page for more details.
Please note: The manufacturer of Go Dog Go now requires that you register your warranty within 10 days of purchase.
Return shipping is at your expense -- We do not
refund outgoing shipping. (Sorry, we cannot accept
COD's.) We strongly recommend shipping and insuring
your return through United Parcel Service (UPS) |
